Sales Lead Generation Specialist
The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for calling the prospects, and convince them for IT staffing requirements, and setting up initial meetings between the prospects and our Business Development managers (BDM’s). The individual will be expected to call 30-50 businesses a day.
· 2-3 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience with at least one year of high volume outbound sales experience with experience calling US/British customers
· Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
· Ability to adapt communication style to the targeted audience
· Good with communication
· Pleasant voice
· Self-motivated, with minimal guidance
· High energy and enthusiasm.
· Good with LinkedIn Research (Good to have)
· diplomatic and Engaging with customers
· Result oriented
· Basic MS Excel skills
· International Calling background
· 12th/ Graduation passed – Graduation good to have
· 2-3 years of Outbound call experience in International calling background
To carry on all or any of the business of establishing, developing, expanding, enhancing, managing and operating software house and to develop software to any other clients in the country or in any other part of the world.
