We are looking for aspiring innovative Social Program designers to understand and address the challenges faced by our community. The candidate should be young, energetic, creative and out-side the box thinker to be able to come up with programs to drive true 'Social Change' in our communities. Ideal Candidate should have experience in deisgning social programs in Pakistan especially in the northern region. He/She should be willing to travel on need basis for evaluation and determination of the social problems and the strategy to tackle them. Following will be the key duties and responsibilities:

  1. Designing Social Programs for effected areas to foster entrepreneurship, education & women development in line with the organizational goals and objectives
  2. Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program
  3. Overseeing the coordination & administration of all aspects of the designed and on-going programs including planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling program activities
  4. Develop a program evaluation framework to assess the strenghts of the program and to identify areas of improvement
  5. Overseeing communication, monitoring & evaluation of the designed program
  6. Develop funding proposals for the program to ensure the constinous delivery of the services
  7. Develop reports, presentation, plans, budgets, progress report and briefs for internal and external stakeholders
  8. Liaise with other managers to ensure the effective and efficient program delivery
