Job description
Employee's Job Responsibilities:
- Manage existing network of affiliates: monitor performance, negotiate changes, etc.
- Identify and recruit new affiliates/publishers and/or eliminate non performing ones;
- Improve performance of the affiliate investment
- Build an own affiliate platform
- Being the key point of contact for networks, publishers, and other related online media channels;
- Define, monitor and analyse key performance measures for affiliate/publishers campaigns
- Develop and send affiliate communications;
- Oversee brand usage
- Prevent and detect fraud attempts;
- Understanding of how affiliate marketing strategies fit into the overall growth initiatives;
- Proactively engage with networks and publishers to recommend campaigns and strategies based on individual strengths and goals;
- Campaign oversight with regard to traffic quality and compliance;
- Develop creative materials and landing page designs for affiliates and publishers
Skills
Education: University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics.
Competencies & Skills:

- Capacity to work under pressure
- Fluent in Spanish and English;
- High level in Excel;
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing software (Hitpath, LinkTrust, HasOffers or similar proprietary technology);
- Up-to-date knowledge with the latest trends and best practices in social media;
- Passion to stay abreast of trends in the digital sector;
- Ability to multi-task without missing details;
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills with sound ability to prioritize issues and drive desired results in fast paced, dynamic environment;
