We are seeking Bilingual Speaker (Sweden-Swedish) for the position of “Customer Relations Officer” to join our team.
Responsibilities:
·Ability to recognize valued customers, identify their needs and requirements and providing the proper structured solution.
·Must be support oriented and must have the ability to deal with difficult situations along with ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
·Communicating with clients over the phone, email and chat to clarify requirements.
Job Requirements:
· Must be a graduate
·Excellent command over Sweden-Swedish – Speaking, Reading, Writing
·Good communication skills in Urdu & English – Speaking, Reading, Writing
