Java Developer

5+ years experience with full lifecycle Java application development including proven middleware architecture experience (Agile, SCM, CI, TDD, SOA, MOM, governance, high availability, scaling, distributed applications, clustering, etc...).

This Job position is in Dubai.

Technical Experience

Java , JEE Application servers :Tomcat, tcServer, Node.JS,
JMS, IBM MQ, RabbitMQ
Tibco EMS, ActiveMatrix Service Grid and Hawk
Apache Web Server, IBM HTTP Server
End-to-end understanding of systems development life cycle methodology
Demonstrates a strong understanding product lifecycles as well as how technical systems work and interact
Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of all critical Production Support processes
Strong Java knowledge and experience.
Strong understanding of OpenStack and Cloud technologies.
Must possess excellent quantitative and analytical skills with practical application.
Strong experience in Middleware design and analysis and tuning applications.

Leadership

Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP and networking
Excellent oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Must demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate, and develop associates
Must be extremely flexible due to the changing priority of project initiatives
Must possess superior interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills
Must have great attention to detail in planning and documentation
Must be able to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
