Main Responsibilities of the Job:
- Administration, installation, trouble shooting and maintenance of all network related hardware and software.
- Proactively monitor network systems and facilities to detect service degradation and/or failures in power, communications equipment, software and hardware
- Test and evaluate network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements
- Workstation and peripheral maintenance/software updates and support
- Create and maintain monthly reports including reports of hardware & software inventory, quality and performance of the work.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT or Telecommunication
- 2 – 3 years of professional experience in a network administrator and/or systems administrator roles
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Relevant certification such as CCNA, CCNP or MCITP will be a plus
