We are a USA based startup & looking to hire a full time SEO/SEM expert. The position is for someone who is enthusiastic, willing to learn new technologies & looking for a long term assignment with the company. The position is virtual / work from home. We expect the candidate to be hands on with SEO/SEM strategies. We will provide high quality paid training sessions via web courses as well.
You will manage SEO activities & strategy for our brand. You will also manage SEM campaigns on Google.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
- Strong knowledge of ON-PAGE and Off-Page SEO Factors
- Optimize landing & other web pages for search engine marketing
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization. Constant competitor analysis.
- Design, build and maintain social media presence
- Manage organic and paid SEO and SEM, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Advertising, retargeting ads, and all other aspects of organic and paid lead-generating initiatives
- Develop and implement link building strategy
- Recommend & implement changes to website architecture, content, linking and other to improve search engine ranks.
Requirements
- Proven SEO & SEM experience. Experience running PCC campaigns on google.
- Experienced in understating organic traffic, customer experience & conversions.
- Experienced with web traffic analytics tools such as Google analytics, Alex, Omniture , NetInsight , Mooz etc.
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Must be comfortable doing website changes on an ongoing basis. Our Platform is built in Ruby on Rails.
