C++ Developer

Looking for a professionally experienced C++ programmer with good knowledge of programming concepts and analytical skills. The candidate will be working on CTI development for both Windows and Linux.

In 2014, we were awarded the Cisco Customer Collaboration partner of the year 2014 for Europe, Middle East and Africa. We serve approximately 100 clients primarily in the telecom and banking sectors throughout Africa, the Middle East, Pakistan and French-speaking Europe.

Expertflow LLC in Switzerland was established in November 2007, originally as a Management buyout of B&S in the UAE. It's senior management have been working in contact center technologies since 2000. The company is entirely owned by the management and has no external debt. This guarantees a strong personal commitment in the long-term success of the company, as well as a financial solidity required to stem call center projects and operations of long durations.

2008 has seen a strong growth of the organization in Lahore/ Pakistan, which provides most of the operations support and SW development. In February 2010, Expertflow set up a subsidiary to Expertflow LLC in Cairo, to serve the the Middle East, in particular Egypt. Expertflow Morocco was set up in August 2011 in Rabat, to serve our clients in French-speaking Africa. Nairobi/ Kenya was set up in 2013 to serve East Africa, and Lagos/ Nigeria in 2014 to serve Westafrica. In 2015, we started our Sales activities in French-speaking Europe.

  What to Expect as a C++ Developer at ExpertFlow

ExpertFlow is looking for an experienced C++ Developer who is ready to utilize his/her experience in a comprehensive and multidimensional leadership role. Responsibilities will include:

-       Research & development in the area of CTI and CRM development

-       Design application architecture for resilience and fault-tolerance

-       Write scripts/applications for load testing

-       Hands-on development for CTI application

-       Writing and debugging both unit and integration tests

-       You will also be expected to effectively execute the transition of current code to new technologies and update third party components.

-       Lastly, you will take ownership of the process of identifying dependencies and performing code reviews

  Qualifications for this Opportunity

A successful candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications:

●     A ruthless commitment to testing the code

●     Extensive problem solving skills

●     Research & development skills to interpret an application design / flow of communication

●     An ability to communicate clearly regarding complex issues (in English)

●     Object oriented design / development expertise

●     Proficiency in the following skills and technologies is mandatory:

○      C++ 98 / 11

○      Database (SQL server, Oracle)

○      Enterprise applications

○      Source control using Git / Bitbucket

○      Visual Studio Professional

○      Unmanaged code / DLL Development

●      Expertise in Java / .Net / JavaScript is a strong plus factor.

Compensation
