Exuberant Group are seeking to hire a professional for its Telecom sites operations and Maintenance projects. The job requires extensive travelling all over Pakistan and will be based in Islamabad. The ideal candidate should possess right blend of technical and soft skills. He should be reliable, honest and hardworking.
Principle Accountability
The project management of various telecom related projects for telco and non telco services.
End to end project coordination with the operator and the sub contractor for complete execution of project. Attending the weekly meeting with the customer and follow-up of identified action points preparation and followup of invoices for timely payments Intervention at sites for First line maintenance, Corrective maintenance, site audits and quality work assurance.
Market surveys for price comparisons To provide post activity /incident/ reports, conduct ATP and coordinate with customer for complete sign off Removal of deficiencies and snags identified during activities Will be involved in preparation of technical documents like SOP, processes, technical specification
key Capabilities
1. Hands on knowledge or trouble shooting and Corrective maintenance of all access related nodes including BSC,BTS, access transmission,RF ,COWs
2. Must have performed Preventive maintenance on BTS sites and worked in similar role in any operator or vendor
3. Knowledge of power equipment installed on sites including DG, batteries, ATS, line conditioners,HVAC Project Management capabilities have ability to work under pressure Good writing and communication skill with customer centric approach
