Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage dispatch operations for luxury transportation services.
- Assign and schedule drivers for pickups, drop-offs, and other assignments.
- Monitor driver routes and schedules for efficiency and timely service.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and address concerns.
- Maintain clear communication with drivers regarding assignments and responsibilities.
- Implement and enforce company dispatch policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in dispatch management, preferably in transportation or logistics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Availability for night shifts (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
