- To set high level initiatives to increase business profits and reduce costs while ensuring timely completion of projects
- To oversee construction projects, risk management and legal matters, letters of agreement, contracts, leases and other related documents
- Create the teams, develop the objectives/goals of each and assign individual responsibilities
- To oversee administrative functions ensuring smooth daily operations
- To establish company wide system and procedures for efficient reporting on matters related with project and financial control
- To undertake any other tasks assigned by the management
