We are seeking a dynamic individual to handle the following responsibilities:

Develop strategic account plans and implement impactful sales strategies in the technology industry.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of current IT technologies, including IT-managed services, various infrastructure components, ERP systems, cloud-based business applications, and tailored IT solutions for smart governance and digital transformation.
Analyze customer needs from RFPs and other tender documents to offer suitable solutions.
Market and promote managed services, applications, and infrastructure solutions to clients in Financial Services, manufacturing, and SMB sectors.
Build lasting client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Engage in strategic discussions with C-suite executives.
Create detailed proposals and reports on technical products for internal and external stakeholders.
Focus on closing deals successfully, developing a strong pipeline, and boosting sales growth with a future-oriented perspective.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the IT sector.
Excellent communication and strong leadership skills and experience in team management.
Thorough understanding of the business environment in the North Region of Pakistan.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to travel within the North Region for business purposes.
