• Maintaining electronically and manually CVs data base and ensure accuracy and ease of tracking status of applications
  • Facilitate the recruitment process which includes; vacancy announcements, initial screening of CVs, contacting short listed candidates for interviews, pre & post recruitment process & compliances.
  • Plans and conducts new staff orientation to foster positive attitude toward School goals.
  • Assist management in conducting Performance Appraisal of the staff.
  • Monitor daily attendance reports Investigate and understand causes for staff absences. Recommend solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties
  • Maintain Leave records for all staff, prepare leave status reports on monthly basis and distribute to the Department Heads and employees.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all staff documents & employee information.
  • Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
  • Responsible for all legal obligations towards EOBI,SESSI and staff Health & Life Insurance processes in timely manner and regularly update list of staff and their dependents.

Senior HR Officer will be involved in a range of activities required by the school such as effective Recruitment process, Staff Pay Roll, Attendance Management, School-Staff relationship & development, Collect training needs and drive the process.
