Your responsibilities will include:
- Work with Development Managers to determine business requirements and project objectives.
- Assist in determining time and cost estimates for assigned projects.
- Develop new applications or make enhancements according to project needs.
- Plan, coordinate and execute project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure project deliverables to meet business requirements.
- Prepare test cases and strategies for unit testing and integration testing.
- Perform code reviews.
- Resolve application development issues.
- Develop and implement best practices to improve productivity.
- Adhere to software policies and regulatory standards.
You will need:
- Minimum 2 years of .NET and SQL development experience including design and implementation.
- Microsoft .NET Technologies including ASP.NET 2.0 and 4.0, C# and development in Microsoft Visual Studio
- Experience in web languages CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, Web Services and use of XML.
- Experience in MS SQL or MySQL, including development and design using SQL.
- Experience with use of webservices and third party controls (DevExpress, Telerik) is a big plus
- Experience with version control tools and concepts (e.g. SVN, Team Foundation Server)
- Experience in the integration of off-the-shelf web applications, and integration with third parties to interface with the system..
