  • Writes service procedures for all types of functions and discusses them with the Branch Chef.
  • Ensures that standard recipes are used as much as possible.
  • Attends daily operation meeting with the Branch Chef and do well the daily departmental meeting.
  • Perform duties common to all cooks/chefs and other duties as may be assigned by the Executive Chef.
  • Ensures good team spirit and working atmosphere by setting good examples of head organized work.
  • Work closely with stewarding department in maintenance of kitchen area on cleanliness.
  • Creates a sound and strong working relationship with all staff and helps to develop their maximum potential.
  • Cooperate with the Hygiene Officer supervision the kitchen hygiene as restaurant standard.
  • Strictly follow the HACCP & Hygiene and train the staff, make sure all staff understand Knowledge and can use to work
  • To assistant and develop the activities of improvement of staff professional skills and knowledge training.
  • To assistant update, maintain and develop department SOP, to ensure the Annual Review can correct react the any changes.
