Account Officer

Accounts payable officer to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner and safeguard the company’s finance.

Responsibilities

· Perform day to day management of all payment cycle activities and provide efficient client service

· Keep track, process and reconcile payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, checks, etc, in compliance with financial policies and procedures

· Ensure correct approval, sorting, coding and matching of invoices/receipts

· Update all transaction of Lefres in system.

· All transaction must be reconcile with Bank Statement.

· Liaise with internal and external clients

· Regularly tabulate data and compile necessary reports

· Continuously improve payment processes

· Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill.

· Report on activity to upper management.
