We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphics Designer & Video Editor with experience in the real estate industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in creating captivating social media designs, banners, and engaging video content tailored specifically for the real estate market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality graphic designs and video content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Create eye-catching banners, ads, and promotional materials that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns to promote real estate listings and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design and video editing skills.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer and Video Editor, preferably with a focus on the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience creating content optimized for each platform.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to take direction and work independently when needed.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Previous experience working with real estate agents or agencies. Knowledge of 3D modeling/rendering software is a plus.
