Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Customer service Representative to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
Assist customers with payment-related inquiries and transactions.
Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
Update customer records with interactions and relevant information.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service
