The position reports to GM Finance and is responsible for donor/financial reporting, financial planning and budgeting/forecasting and coordination with internal and external auditors for donor audits.

Key Accountabilities:

· Review donor contracts and ensure compliance of donor requirements in line with the company strategy.

· Support in preparing and revising of donors budgets

· Ensure appropriate charging of project expenses under multi-donor environment.

· Provide information and guidance to the sub recipient regarding donor contract management especially on the donor’s budget & reporting

· Prepare variance analysis on expenditures according to the budget.

· Review actual expenditures v/s donor budgets and report reasons for variance.

· Coordinate with auditors and donors on the financial reports and respond to queries on the reports and the preparation of financial reports.

· Ensure that complete and accurate files and records of financial reports/invoices are maintained.

· Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Job Specification:

· CA Intermediate/Finalist with 4-5 years of experience in financial reporting and budgeting in a managerial role with a reputable organization.

· Prior work experience with an NGO or Social Development organization would be preferred.

· Excellent report writing, communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong computer skills especially MS-Office particularly Excel.

· Knowledge of Oracle Financials including development of FSG (financial statement generation) reports would be considered as an added advantage.
