We are a USA based company provides customer support and programming solutions to our clients across the globe. We have a current opening for a couple of posts of Customer Support representative in our Pakistan office. We’ll prefer candidates who have experience in taking calls and have worked on USA, Australia and/or UK campaigns.
The job will be to:
Answer/solve customer inquiries on call, email and live chat.
It’s a totally inbound customer support job.
Job timings will be from 8 pm to 4:40 am.
Saturdays and Sundays are off.
Salary 25 to 35.

Skills set required:
Explaining packages and promotions to the customers.
Good upselling skills.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Identify and resolve client concerns.
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
