Job Description:
Work as a Coordinator and Facilitator for the Total Quality Management (TQM) program in the company..
Monitor QA systems and advise QA team on system performance; publish statistics regarding performance against set goals.
Perform gap analysis between applicable and current ISO 9000 QMS standards; establish and implement a quality plan to bring the company into ISO compliance.
Establish and maintain a QA program for monitoring supplier quality, including audits, controls, and other qualifiers.
Work on continuous improvement by integrating quality control tools (e.g. ISO 9000, Six Sigma, SPC, Kaizen etc.) into processes.
Promote and advocate quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization.
Ensure ongoing compliance with local, national, and international standards and legislation.
Create and maintain QA control documentation.
Identify relevant QA training needs and opportunities.
Skills Required:
The incumbent should have Team management skills, Professional Certifications in the field of Qualit, Work effectively with minimal supervision., Ability to effectively communicate with customers, Analytical thinker.
