- Supervise and coordinate the work of clerical staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Ensure efficient operation of office equipment and systems, such as computers, printers, and telecommunication devices.
- Manage office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Oversee the processing of incoming and outgoing mail, including distribution and delivery.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as requested by management.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial records, including tracking expenses and reconciling accounts.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to staff, clients, and the public.
- Train and mentor new clerical staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate efficient workflow and communication.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
