Job Summary:
Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine and maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, and other financial activities within the Group.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department
•Process month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports and statements
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Provide recommendations
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Meet financial accounting objectives
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
• Perform related duties as assigned by Company CEO / Group Head
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Knowledge:
• Economics and Accounting — Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
• Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources

Education:
Master’s Degree , Preferably CA
Work Experience Requirements:
9 - 10 years’ relevant experience
