Responsibility:

Overall responsible for the Capacity building, supervision and monitoring of the community engagement and mobilization activities in Project districts. Lead the community mobilization team, coordination with donor, government departments, preparation of work plans, writing of reports etc.  The detailed Responsibilities are:  

o   Development of work plan in consultation with donor representative and field teams

o   Prepare the project reports and present as per project need

o   Keep the project data updated in hard and soft farm and ready to present

o   Coordinate with donor, political representatives, government agencies and other stake holders   for the implementation of project activities. 

o   Manage the field team, build their capacity and facility them in achieving the project targets.

o   Over all responsible for following project activities in filed;

o   Social appraisal and village profiling

o   Community mobilization and awareness raising bout Khadm-e-Punjab Saaf Pani Project 

o   Saaf Pani Tanzeems formation in target villages through agreed PRA Tools

o   Saaf Pani Organization formation at cluster level through agreed process

o   Registration of Water Users/HH android based survey

o   Identification of lands for Saaf pani Sahulat center in Villages and for main water source/treatment plant at cluster level

o   Facilitate the land transfer process in favor of PSPC

o   Strengthen linkages among the SPTs, SPOs, Community representatives and PSPC

o   Health and Hygiene Promotion sessions in project area 

o   Capacity Building of SPTs operating the Rural Water Supply

o   Facilitate the legal incorporation of Saaf Pani Organizations (SPOs)

o   Preparation of reports on community mobilization sessions and meetings

Project Office Faisalabad Region (Faisalabad, Sahiwal, Okara, Kasur, TT Singh and Nankana Sahib)  frequent travelling in the field
