  • Researches, plans, designs, and administers building projects, applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials.
  • Prepares architectural details as and when required for execution of works.
  • Ensure that the architect’s design is delivered by the contractor and is responsible for dealing with any on-site design problems that arise.
  • Highlights any violations to architectural related issues on site
  • Attends progress review meetings and co-ordination meetings to assist Project Manager in resolving any site issues such as discrepancies in project’s drawings.

Functional Relationships

Internal:

  • Provide support to Project Manager/team leader to ensure projects run smoothly in areas of architecture by providing expert knowledge and advice.
  • Liaises with Design Architect on modifications required.
  • Give daily site report and issues that arises on site to MD/ Project Manager.

JOB REQUIRMENT:

Education: BSc in Architecture 

Conveyance: employee if male must have his own conveyance, for female pick & drop to site will be provided by company.

Candidate must bring along his portfolio along with him on the interview date.
