Huda Healthcare Private Limited (HHPL) is a video tele-medicine start-up to bring convenient quality care to urban areas and improve access to care in rural communities of Pakistan. We will provide services in Family medicine, Internal medicine, Pediatrics, dermatology and Psychiatry.
We are soft launching the project which will be followed by a national launch in the third quarter of the year. We need dedicated physicians and staff who wish to make a difference in the patients’ life using stringent healthcare quality standards, emphasis on patient safety and using leading edge technology as service enabler.
In URBAN areas the Online Video consultations will be between a Physician and patient (patient unassisted by a medical professional) whereas in RURAL we operate teleHealth centers where a patient will be assisted by a Jr. doctor and specialist consultation will be through tele-medicine.
The company is founded by a dedicated team of executives from healthcare and technology and supported by leading physicians from top hospitals in Pakistan.

Doctors will be coordinating the clinical activities with the Head of Department using the agreed upon, evidence based protocols for telephone / video. Appropriate training will provided.
Working Hours
Three shifts morning, evening and night of 8 hours each for family medicine, GP and 24/7 support staff like call centers.
Specialists will follow clinical time from 9am to 4pm & 4pm to 11pm where doctors can choose from 4-8 hours on flexible agreed upon hours.
After initial 6 months option to work from home will be available to senior doctors.
Administrative staff will work from 9am to 5 pm.
Compensation:
Market competitive fixed monthly salary coupled with variable pay per patient seen will be applied. We will not loose the right candidate for budgetary reasons.
