Description: We are looking to hire a high calibre individual with strong accounting knowledge and experience for our school system. Primary responsibility includes book keeping, account entries, tax and balance sheet level work.
- B Com or M Com
- Minimum 3 years working experience in private school.
- Maintain all up-to-date records of accounts, in the computerized form as well as in physical files & ledgers.
- Role requires ability to manage all aspects of accounting for the school.
- Ensure integrity of accounting information and establishing quality control over financial transactions and bank reconciliation.
- Handle the cash, banking and inventory.
- Maintain the inflow and outflow of the cash.
- Generate reports for school management to review financial position on weekly basis.
- Generate School Fee related notices.
Other key requirements
- Must be computer literate and expert in MS Office (MS Word, Ms Excel, MS Powerpoint)
- Must have worked in a private school as an accountant.
