Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of project proposals
Searching for funding opportunities for organization
Coordination with donors agencies, government departments and other stakeholders
Prepare reporting formats as per project/donor needs
Capacity building of field teams on reports writing on the agreed formats
Maintain projects, reports & records as per indicators (LFAs) in hard and soft and produce the same when required by the management/donors
Keep the organizational website updated
Prepare case studies on successful projects of the organization
Prepare and monitor the implementation plans for different projects
Prepare Broachers, quarterly news letter, organizational Monthly, Quarterly and annual reports
Prepare Project reports & IEC, promotional, Advocacy material for different projects
