• The Officer HR shall be responsible for performing the following tasks:
  • To assist Head of HR in execution, management & implementation of HR Policies and strategies.
  • To assist in new employee recruitment & selection process, development of selection criteria and succession planning of existing staff as per the directions.
  • To assist Head of HR in review of existing position specifications, incentives/ compensation package service terms & conditions of employees, keeping in view the current market trends.
  • To assist in conduction of performance evaluation of Company employees
  • To maintain and keep updated record of personnel file of all Company employees, interns & other confidential HR record
  • To maintain an updated HR database and reports.
  • To deal with the joining formalities of new employees.
  • To plan the number and level of trainings on the basis of training needs analysis (TNA).
  • To deal cases of resignation, experience certificates, NOC and final settlement proceedings and liaise with finance department for settlement.
  • To liaise with concerned departmental heads concerning contract extension and probation termination cases of employees and process the case as per policy.
  • To verify the degrees/ academic credentials of employees at the Head Office and liaise with educational institutes/ universities and report any discrepancy/ anomaly.
  • To make necessary arrangements for the conduction of in house/ out house trainings and orientation programs for employees as approved
  • Any other task assigned by the reporting officer

Education and experience requirements

MBA / Masters in HR having 1 - 2 years of post qualification experience in HR.
