We are looking for an experienced Amazon / eBay Account Manager. The ideal applicant will oversee the growth of the brand, ad conversion, and eCommerce sales. We're seeking a highly organised and motivated Amazon / eBay Account Manager who will be entrusted with complete ownership and accountability of our Amazon / eBay accounts, ensuring its success and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Listing Creation: Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure prompt listing of new products on Amazon.
  • Optimisation: Continuously oversee and optimise product listings using advanced knowledge of keyword research, Amazon algorithms, and product search rankings to maximise product exposure.
  • Content Creation: Craft compelling descriptions and content for product listings to drive conversions and engagement.
  • FBA Management: Fully manage all FBA shipments and stock replenishment to maintain seamless operations.
  • Brand Management: Manage Amazon brand registry, create A+ content, and design store layout for enhanced brand presence.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and high-margin SKUs for stocking.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Create and manage advertising campaigns through Amazon Advertising console, including Sponsored Products and brands, to drive sales and visibility.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate inventory management and sales for optimal stock levels.
  • Reviews and Feedback: Manage product reviews and seller feedback to foster growth and positive customer experiences.
  • Account Health Monitoring: Monitor account health and performance metrics, implementing strategies to ensure pristine account health.
  • Seller Support: Raise cases with Amazon Seller Support to address any challenges and resolve issues promptly.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed reporting on campaign strategy, activity, and optimisations across all Amazon marketplaces.

Qualifications:

  •  Proven experience in managing Amazon accounts and driving sales growth.
  •  Strong understanding of Amazon's platform, algorithms, and best practices.
  •  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  •  Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  •  Familiarity with Amazon Advertising Console (AMS) and other relevant tools.
  •  Prior experience in e-commerce, preferably within a similar role.
