The Opportunity:
As HVAC Project Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing and be responsible for leading the Company’s HVAC Product Project Sales business, including Sales, marketing, growth and profitability.

Qualifications:
1. Responsible for day to day management of the project and Sales.
2. Participate in project progress meetings and achieve sales Targets
3. Ensure timely progress and implementation of the project sales plan and insure the sales forecast achieve as per set KPIs.
4. Assist Sales Manager in identifying the resources required for the project sales and
monitoring the performance and progress of the works and get acquainted with Developers/Consultants/Architect/Contractors.
5. Ensure that work is carried out in line with the approved plan
6. Follow-up with Consultants for necessary approvals and authority and contractors.
7. Strong contacts with Developers/Consultants/ Architect /Contractors of HVAC/MEP/ Fire Fighting /Industrial Relation IR.
8. Industry visit and perform Business development activity as per Line Manager Instructions.
9. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
10. Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team
