HR Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

Payroll Preparation and Benefits Administration:

  • Manage the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, overtime, bonuses, allowances, and benefits to employees.
  • Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, provident fund, and other employee perks.

Leaves and Attendances:

  • Managed Leaves and Attendance on Flow HCM, prepare reports for the management, receive and approve request for leaves and attendance on HRIS.

Organizational Development:

  • Design, implement, and evaluate organizational development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead organizational change management efforts by developing strategies, communication plans, and training programs to support successful change initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by designing and implementing training and development programs aligned with organizational goals.

Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement performance management processes and tools to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Employee Engagement:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Conduct employee surveys, analyze results, and develop action plans to address areas of concern.
  • Partner with leaders and managers to foster a positive work environment and a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect.
