1. Follow all rules, policies and procedures of e-TeleQuote Insurance, Inc., along with state and federal regulations pertaining to insurance licensure and appointment.

2. Be comfortable working alone and independent to accomplish tasks to assure an efficient and smooth administration of licensure procedures.

3. Interact with all newly hired licensed agents to ensure updated and valid Florida Insurance License and to provide instructions for getting appointed and certified through the Company’s contracted carriers.

4. Request NIPR reports for all licensed agents.

5. Process exclusion searches on all employees and contractors on a monthly basis by the 15th of every month.

6. Request changes to licenses- to renew or file licensure, as needed to your Supervisor, at a minimum 60 days ahead of state deadline. Keep agent grid up to date on all agents with regard to license expiration.

7. Process Agent activations and deactivations through IT department, request their TFN and Agent IDs.

8. Keep track of all agent ongoing education requirements and licensures.

9. Request appointments for licensed agents from all contracted carriers.

10. Knowledge of all licensure laws, policies, and procedures.

11. Extensive knowledge of office practices and procedures.

12. Demonstrate functional knowledge of computers, literate in word processing, spreadsheets and database.

13. Perform related duties and responsibilities as requested by the General Counsel

14. Associate degree or equivalent combination of course work and experience.

15. Call center experience preferred.

16. Knowledgeable in CMS and Health Care reform rules and regulations a plus.

17. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

18. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

19. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
