General Purpose:Manage the front desk, attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone.
Provide information on ILHT products, services and policies to client.
Job Tasks:
Schedule appointments; direct walk-in client as per established policies and procedures.
Call up clients to confirm arrival status.
Receive Payments from clients and issue receipts.
Answers and route all incoming calls and also place all ongoing calls.
Manage Proper Record and follow up clients.
Check Email on daily basis; follow up and direct all queries to relevant centers.
Greet all clients with a warm smile, fill up consultation cards and direct them to the availableConsultant for the consultation.Receive cards for follow up from consultant.
Registers new client and update existing client demographics by collecting detailed information
Provide pre surgery instructions to clients.Compile and send client record to accountant on monthly basis.
Co ordinate with doctors and nursing staff.Send daily report to COO.
