The Quality Assistant supports the Quality Assurance/Quality Control department in various administrative and operational tasks to maintain and improve product or service quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Documentation Management: Assist in maintaining and organizing quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality records. Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation and records in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Quality Inspection and Testing: Participate in product or service inspections and testing activities under the supervision of QA/QC personnel. Follow established procedures to perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests to verify product/service quality.

Data Collection and Analysis: Collect quality performance metrics, defects, and non-conformities data. Assist in analyzing quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Support Quality Audits: Assist in preparing for internal and external quality audits by gathering documentation and supporting materials. Participate in audit activities and provide assistance as needed during audit processes.

Quality Training and Awareness: Assist in organizing and delivering quality-related training sessions or workshops for employees. Promote awareness of the organization\'s quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

Non-Conformance Management: Support the investigation and resolution of non-conformities or quality issues identified during inspections or testing. Document and track non-conformances, corrective, and preventive actions (CAPAs) to ensure timely resolution.

Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory related to quality control materials, equipment, and supplies. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities as necessary.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives to enhance processes and procedures. Provide suggestions for process optimization and efficiency gains within the QA/QC function.
