Role: Under broad Corporate guidance, provides human resources support for IMS Pakistan. Partners with country Leadership team, providing subject matter expertise and direction on human resources issues. Ensures quality operations of human resources processes.

Principal Accountabilities:

Understands business partner/client markets and, working with Regional HR Business Partner, translates business partner/client goals into proactive human resources plans to enable successful achievement of business results. 

Provides guidance and daily support to management on human resources activities, such as recruitment, performance review, Compensation & benefits, training and employee relations, and resolves problems requiring senior site management intervention.

Builds effective business relationships with all stakeholders to proactively support their business needs. Responds to management and employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.

Assists management and more senior HR Business Partner in designing and implementing changes in recruitment, organizational structure and processes, work design, team-based processes and/or organizational communications.

Develops and implements near-term human resources plans that are effective in addressing organization issues and consistent with the goals and operating strategies of the business.

Organizes plans for human resources initiatives with assistance and counsel from Regional HR Business Partners.

Integrates plans, proactively, across various human resources initiatives and IMS businesses/functions to ensure synergy and coordination.

May provide human resources specialty support in geographies.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

MBA – HRM from a reputable institution.

Minimum 10 years post qualification experience in HR & training with at least 4 years at managerial Position. International exposure will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in written and spoken English and excellent knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Additional Requirements: Thorough knowledge of human resources policies and procedures as well as national and local laws. Excellent Interviewing, Employee Engagement, Training, Coaching and conflict resolution skills. Ready to take up more challenging HR role. Clear Understanding of online HR and learning systems.
