We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products/services to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication, US accent is preffered and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
