Part 1: Essential Criteria:
a) Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or Community Development,
Public Administration, Human rights etc., preferably with Master’s degree relevant to the position
b) Work Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
c) Languages:
Must be fluent in Pashto and Urdu & English.
Part 2: Desirable Criteria:
• Experience with programs focused on adolescent girls, women’s health, GBV or women’s empowerment highly desirable.
• Awareness of the particular protection needs and risks of displaced women and girls
• Willingness to travel to project sites within KP province
