We have a team of iPhone and Android game designers and developers and we are looking for gifted Graphics Artist/Game Designer who can create aesthetically innovative designs for our games and iPhone apps. We respect the creative space of designers and value their freedom to innovate.
What we need:
- A person who can come up with his own ideas, can handle a task independently.
- A person who can design within the limitations of smaller screen-size of mobile devices.
- A person who can exploit the various features provided by touch-enabled devices and use them to improve overall user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Taking concepts from wireframe to design for Web and Mobile
- Work on multiple projects at the same time and provide timely feed-back.
- Your job is more than just creating good-looking things in Photoshop. You're required to understand your users behavior and how they would interact with the product to make it more appealing and easy to use.
- 2D Gaming Experience (Flash, iPhone, Android)
- Photoshop

- Good sense of depth and colors

- The ability to create broad spectrum concepts including characters, creatures, props, vehicles, scenery, environments, and more.
- A proven ability to translate visual development into polished, production-ready creations (initial sketches and/or specifications, through to final backgrounds, character sprites, and animations)
- Providing research, and conceptual development ideas independently
- A passion for making beautiful things, solving problems, and working in a team
- Experience with the tools commonly used in the game industry (Flash, Photoshop, vector/3D tools)
- Ability to produce a large volume of quality concepts under tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of Game Development processes
- The desire and ability to help grow an already successful firm
