Provide superior customer service at all times via phone.
Communicate with customers in a courteous, professional, accurate and timely manner.
Develop excellent working relationships with colleagues within and outside the organization.
Provide feedback to management on any issues that affect customers.
Resolve customer issues and complete specific customer requests.
