We are actively seeking customer focused Call Center Representatives to fill several positions at J Telemarketing.

The successful candidate will be customer centric, will have excellent follow-up skills and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Provide superior customer service at all times via phone.Communicate with customers in a courteous, professional, accurate and timely manner.
Develop excellent working relationships with colleagues within and outside the organization.
Provide feedback to management on any issues that affect customers.
Resolve customer issues and complete specific customer requests.
Skills
Ability to integrate with an existing team and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
Excellent follow-up skills and ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
Strong oral/written communication skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office.
Must be reliable to fulfill shift.
Must be able to multitask and prioritize.
