Responsibilities

  • Facilitate new Hiring for our Sales Executives.
  • Run our graduation program and ensure trainees hit their sales targets to successfully get appointment.
  • Conduct Accent trainings.
  • Up-train our existing staff to positively impact our sales targets.
  • Attend Board interviews and select Sales Executive candidates.
  • Work with HR to ensure the well-being of all Trainees.

Skills

Energetic and motivated individual.
4+ Years Call Center Experience in any role.
At least 1 year Experience as a Sales Trainer or in a Leadership role.
Must have excellent communication & presentation skills. (Along with an American or neutral accent)
Display exceptional selling skills and understanding of sales processes.
Able to work night shift (8pm to 6am) Monday through Friday.
Knack for problem solving.
Must be organized and process oriented.
Prior Home Security experience an asset
