Job Description:
- Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations, handling of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, etc.
- Processing of Invoices and payments, deduction of witholding tax.
- Maintain the finance reports.
- To record the documents of fund transfer into system on daily basis
- Bank Reconciliation and management of bank deposits.
- Maintain Ledger Statement on monthly basis.
- Maintains Accounts files, Petty Cash Handling, Issue & Posting Debit/Credit Vouchers.
- Cheques Collections and Depositing in Bank and Maintain Bank Vouchers statements.
- Adhere to practice company core values, policies, and procedures to create a productive, organized, clean and safe work environment.
- Any other work assigned from time to time.
Skills Required:
- 3-6 years of experience for respective position in Finance function.
- Effective Computer skills, particularly MS Office (knowledge of ERP would be additional advantage).
- Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, result-oriented approach with multi-tasking ability. Must be able to work under pressures and perform independently.
