Qualifications:
- Minimum graduate degree.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Handle reservations, bookings, and inquiries related to travel packages.
- Provide information about travel destinations, itineraries, and services offered.
- Process payments, issue tickets, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling travel packages.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations.
- Familiarity with reservation systems.
- Sales or customer service experience in a similar role.
