The person will be required to:

  • Visit customers regularly
  • Follow process flow for collection of payments from customers
  • Maintain Point of Contact database for corporate customers
  • Call customers for follow ups of payments / Tax Challans / invoice confirmations
  • Prepare invoices / invoice summaries
  • Prepare and process credit notes
  • Write letters/emails to customers for payment collection
  • Reconcile account balances
  • Post payments in system
  • Prepare various reports for management

Skills

Candidate should:

Have good knowledge of basic accounting and financial reporting

Have problem solving skills

Have knowledge of Customer Service and Corporate customer relationships

Have knowledge of reconciliation of financial statements

Have good knowledge of MS Excel

Have good interpersonal skills

Be a team player

**Knowledge of IT Industry would be an added advantage**

**Prior Revenue Assurance experience would be an added advantage**
