Skills
- The ability to balance between data needs and requirements for action
- Be proficient with BI tools and technologies and specially Microstrategy, Micorosoft BI, OBIEE and IBM Cognos v8 development tool suite. (optional but a plus)
- Be fully capable of developing OLAP cubes, frameworks and reports at the direction of the manager or BI project manager. (optional but a plus)
- Have experience in ETL / Data Integration / Data-warehouse (optional but a plus)
- During development activities, it may be necessary on rare occasions to provide support outside normal working hours.
- Willing to travel abroad for projects
- An ability to manage and work with a culturally diverse population
- Strong management and leadership skills with a proactive management style
