Hired engineer will undergo an extensive, all-round training for initial 2-3 weeks after which he will be placed in Technical Assistance Center (TAC) initially where he will be required to handle technical queries of customers. Moreover all hiring needs of departments like Core/IP, NGN, Systems, Access, Transmission, Video are also catered by transferring engineers from TAC.
