- Good concepts in object oriented programming.
- Good concepts in Database programming (SQL and Oracle)
- Good practical knowledge in SQL Server 2000 and 2005.
Plus Points:
- Good understanding of smart client and desktop based applications.
Skills
Exposure to WCF and WWF, Silverlight (windows presentation foundation) would be given preference.
- SQL Programming/Stored Procedures/Packages
- Crystal Reports
- Good concepts of Software development and software engineering
- Good understanding of Documentation, Software Design, Architecture Standards
- Strong English communication are must and preferably good exposure of client management, team management and leadership skills are required
- Working experience of offshore projects in top rated companies and Ready to be hands on
