If you are passionate about working on interesting products using emerging technologies, you will feel right at home. We primarily work with Ruby on Rails. We do have some limited mobile development (iOS/android) in the works.
Our product was featured in WSJ/Techcrunch and we're looking to ramp up our engineering to take on the SME marketplace in the North American market by storm. You'll be a key member of the leadership team and will be expected to ensure we maintain a top notch engineering team using open source technologies.

You should be
1. A leader. You must be able to lead exceptional engineers. They need to look up to you because you're that good!
2. Passionate about SaaS development.
3. Aware and have a good understanding of web UI concepts including JS and HTML
4. Experienced, having worked with one of the following extensively Java, C++, SmallTalk, Ruby, Python or similar.
5. Enjoy working in a peer programming environment.
6. Take and give constructive feedback on development practices to and from their peers.
