Develop integration of a web application with a variety of telephony systems and CRM systems deployed at call centers. Work with the client to understand a given call center environment, devise application integration strategy and develop software to implement that strategy. Strong understanding of telephony software development and CRM systems especially the flow pertaining to automatic screen pop, call transfer and outbound calling will come into play in this role.
